Pear Accord

Juicy, clean and slightly fizzy a modern fruity top.

The pear accord is the discreet trick behind countless modern feminine perfumes. It uses Galaxolide as a soft pear-musk anchor, two fresh acetates for the juicy effect and a touch of Verdox for the slightly green-leafy facet of pear skin.

Frequently asked

Why use Galaxolide as the main material?

Galaxolide has a soft pear-like facet on top of its clean musk character. At high doses it carries the fruit and acts as fixative at the same time.

Can I make this with naturals only?

Not really pear has no natural essential oil. A few drops of pear flavour or compounded pear accords from suppliers can be added, but the synthetic structure does most of the work.
