This material opens with an intensely fresh, green top-note punch led by pine needle and aromatic Mediterranean herbal facets. As it develops, it reveals damp, cool mossy tones alongside warm dry hay and subtle woody depth. The scent retains a wild undergrowth quality while simultaneously displaying fruity, cucumber-melon nuances with an earthy, damp soil or mushroom undertone. On the blotter, its brisk initial impact persists for several hours before settling into moist vegetative and woody facets.
Effect in a formula
It acts as an assertive top-note enhancer across herbal, green, and coniferous fragrance architectures. It provides powerful diffusive lift to aromatic components like rosemary, lavender, and clary sage while lending authentic damp-forest realism to pine and fir accords. Additionally, it gives citrus materials a natural peel-like freshness and injects lifelike garden crispness into melon, cucumber, or watery blends.
